How to permanently disable Google search history?
Step 1: Visit My Google Activity for viewing your search history. You might need to login through your gmail account.
Step 2: Click on those three dots on the top right corner. A drop down menu will appear, just click on the “Activity Controls” this will allow you to turn off and turn on Google Search History.
Step 3: A new browser page will open. There you need to turn off a setting. See the screenshot below, just turn this off. Clicking on the blue slider will stop Google from collecting your search history.
Step 4: You might see a window, a kind of notice once you push the turn off button. Just click “pause” in the end of that notice, or if it’s a confirmation seeking message then just click ok. This window is to make sure that you don’t turn off this Google search history option by mistake.
